Hi, I’m Kim Bauman.

I help people meditate and do yoga. My passion is to live fully and serve our amazing world. From being a foster child, to being adopted, it’s now my turn to give back. This is my heart’s work.

A very pivotal moment was hearing the words of our guide in Peru saying that, “Our life is just one breath.” This was the genesis of Heartwork, the stirrings in my soul that knew I was meant for more, and that knows I don’t have forever. All I have to do is start now, from where ever I am.
